At ELIIA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and unworn.

  • The item is in its original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The item is not damaged by misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for a different size or available item within the return period, subject to stock availability.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received from ELIIA.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
